October 05 - SUNY Canton is hosting an alumni reunion with complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the Albany area on Friday October 28, 2005 at 6pm. The event is being held at Pearl Restaurant and Lounge at 1 Steuben Place, Albany NY. Business attire is requested. Please RSVP to SUNY's Alumni Office by October 20th at alumni@canton.edu, or by calling 1.800.811.6727.

August 05 The All Greek Reunion in Syracuse NY was a HUGE success with over 150 people in attendance. According to SUNY Canton's alumni office, it was the largest gathering of alumni the school has seen to date. Pictures will be posted on the All Greek Reunion page shortly. Let's get ready for next year!
May 05 There will be a Corporate Board meeting held in Canton, NY on June 11th, 2005 at 11am. Alumni are welcome to attend if they have no outstanding obligations to the organization, and have paid their Spring 2005 Alumni Dues. Active top six are required to attend, unless a valid reason has been provided to the CB President or CB Sergeant at Arms. All CB members are required to attend. This will be a formal meeting. If you plan to attend, please contact Heather for more information.
April 05 AXO has partnered with CareClicks.com! Careclicks offers our members, friends and family with discounts at over 1,000 stores you already shop at online! All you have to do is use the link to the AXO Online Mall to visit the site of the store at which you want to shop. That's it! There are NO fees and NO signing up for anything. If you have an existing account with a store, all you have to do is log-in as you normally would. Please share the link with everyone you know and of course don't forget to Bookmark it! Links to the mall can be found on every page where you see Shopping - and on our homepage under Quick Links. March 05 NEW WEB SITE FEATURE: We are going to begin a new section in our web site titled: "Featured Alumni". Each month a different alumni of AXO will be featured on our web site with a picture and biography. Volunteers and nominations are more than welcome. Please e-mail your suggestions.

January 05 The Zeta Alpha Phi Alumni reunion has been scheduled for June 10th, 11th & 12th of 2005. Rooms are blocked off at the Best Western. Call Sonya at 1.888.386.8522 x.422 & mention ZAP reunion. You must call by 5.1.05 for the special rate. AXO Alumni are welcome to attend. Visit http://www.zetaalphaphi.com to be updated on the event. If any sisters plan on attending, contact Heather. If there are enough of us, we may schedule our own events for that time.
Who Is Doing What?
October 05 - Congratulations to Marianna DeSalsi (F'91) on her engagement to Jeff Hoffman. He proposed while on a mini-vacation to Maine on Friday, September 30th.
May 05 - Congratulations to Staci Kennedy (Woods) (S'91) and her husband for expecting their third child. Staci is due in early January.
January 05 - Congratulations to Mary Downing (S' 01) and Lou Benware for expecting their first child. Mary is due late August, early September.
In the News at SUNY
August 05 - AXO partnered with SUNY Canton to host the first ever annual All Greek Reunion. Because it was such a success, the event is now going to be held annually. It was the largest alumni reunion turnout SUNY has ever seen.
April 05 - The meeting went very well! Bob is a very nice guy and very excited to start planning activities for AXO. Several of our alumni will be working with their office to plan our reunion for late Summer/early Fall in Syracuse NY. Heather will also be working to plan an alumni event for all SUNY Alumni in the Albany/Saratoga NY area.
March 05 - On March 29th, Heather Fazio (F'91) is meeting with Robert Larrabee from SUNY Canton's Alumni Office. The topic of discussion is a Summer 2005 reunion in the Albany area for alumni of the college. Stay tuned for more information!
